At Generation Strength we want to help clients develop healthy eating habits for life. By using a flexible eating approach instead of fixed or generic meals plans we are empowering our clients to make better food choices by practicing daily actions and building positive habits that centre around eating well.
Following a meal plan may seem easy, it takes out the stress of planning meals. However, they don't teach us much about nutrition itself. The best coaches educate their clients and involve them in the process.
This flexible eating approach doesn't mean you are left in the dark. You will still receive monthly meal and recipe packs with weekly shopping lists but with the added flexibility of swapping around meals. This is simply a tool used to help you navigate food. However, the real impact will come from our coaching calls that will give you the tools to identify the gaps in your current eating habits and how to maximise your nutrition and goals whilst feeling satiated, energetic and healthy in your body.
Additionally, you can upload your food log/ pictures of your meals to whatsapp or to the training app. This means when you do deviate from your recipe pack, you will get customised feedback in the moment so you can continue making progress.
WHAT IS FLEXIBLE EATING?
The secret to fat loss, great health or getting strong is consistency. It doesn't sound very sexy but it is what ultimately makes the difference between a short-term quick fix and long-term results. A nutrition plan that fits into your lifestyle is critical and that plan is called flexible eating.
Flexible eating means you don't need to eat "perfectly" 100% of the time. Aiming for 80% is both achievable and sustainable. This approach removes the pressure for all-or-nothing and enables you to live your life without guilt, shame or punishment.
Flexible eating also means that we don't label foods "good" or "bad". This gives you the freedom to make your own choices so you don't feel like you're on a diet which leads to better results.

Every month clients receive healthy and quick-to-prepare meals that are matched to clients goals and lifestyle preferences. These recipe packs enable clients to pick and choose their favourite meals. You can follow the weekly example meal plans complete with shopping lists and nutritional information or you can incorporate some of your own choices.
MONTHLY RECIPE PACK
Tasty and easy recipes for all your daily meals. This includes ingredient lists and detailed step-by-step cooking instructions with serving information and preparation time. Choose from a selection of different dietary preferences.
DETAILED NUTRITION INFORMATION
The monthly packs provide detailed calorie and macronutrient profiles for every recipe. Includes recipes for all eating types [e.g dairy free, gluten free, low carb, vegetarian, and vegan]
Additionally, you can scan each of the meals and log them into myfitnesspal for easy online tracking.
SHOPPING LIST AND MEAL PLANNER
Save more time with weekly shopping lists so you can effortlessly chose your ingredients. Additionally, we have included two weekly meal planners so you can organise your week.
In my experience, goal-focused approaches fail, most of the time. We tend to become perfectionist or too strict with our eating habits until we can no longer adhere to the unrealistic standards we have set.
Habit building focuses on small daily actions so when competing priorities crop up you will have the necessary skills to be flexible and adaptable.
Generation Strength cares about supporting clients through their unique health journey by educating, empowering and motivating them to achieve their goals through habit coaching.
You will receive weekly check ins and support via email / whatsapp so we can discuss your goals, current habits you're working on, and nutrition. All progress will be tracked.
