At Generation Strength we don't like generic plans. We think that training programs work best when they are designed with one person in mind. The reason for this is simple, we have spent years working with many unique individuals just like you. Everybody has a different body.

Posture is not just sitting up straight and standing tall. Posture dictates everything from how we feel in our bodies to our quality of movement. Better posture is the key to achieving maximum results in strength, leanness and aesthetics. No great exercise plan begins without evaluating posture and movement.
Think about it like this: if you learn to drive a car without an instructor, you're bound to pick up bad habits and those bad habits will lead to problems down the road. Without posture correction there will be pain, weakness, tightness, poor movement patterns and injuries.
Our training programs combine years of experience training clients to strength, fat loss and pain-free movement. Using our specialised online posture assessment tool we are able to write a specific plan that gets you stronger whilst fixing your posture. We make sure to check in with after your first few sessions for any tweaks or changes that need to be made. Each program is made 100% from scratch for you so it's important to us that you are 100% happy with your program.
Between our BSc Nutrition degree and our Precision Nutrition Certification we know what it takes to get you results. We take the confusion out of food and provide done-for-you meal plans personalised to your goals, complete with shopping list, meal planning and app compatible tracking.
