WARM UP

Performed in a group. A series of dynamic movements and mobility exercises

MAIN WORKOUT

45 minute individual workout, 100% Individualised exercises depending on goals and training level.

- Strength exercises [Kettlebells, Trx, Dumbbells etc,]

- Mobility drills [foam roller, massage balls]

- Activation drills [resistance, mini-bands]

- Cardiovascular Fitness

COOL DOWN

5-8 minute cool down with a series of stretches using equipment such as

Foam roller, bands and massage ball
