TRACK AND LOG YOUR WORKOUTS
Keep track of your progress week to week. See what weight (lbs or kg) you lifted and how many reps you completed the previous week to help you push that little bit more. Monitor personal bests and view your training achievements. When your workout is completed, rate how hard it was and leave us a comment/feedback.

CHOOSE YOUR VARIATION
Most programs lack flexibility & adaptability. We wanted to solve for that for our clients. Each posture exercise comes with a modified version to meet you where your current mobility level is. Each of our strength exercises comes with further variations, one to progress the movement and challenge you more, and the other to regress the movement so you can concentrate on technique and feeling the exercise working the right places.
How can we measure progress if we aren't performing assessments? Test and improve your mobility, strength and endurance with our monthly self-assessment, completed before each new training plan. Watch the assessment video, follow the form checklist and use the pictures provided to score yourself. It's easy, simple and takes less than 15 minutes. The assessment is a great way to see how the program is making you stronger and fitter with better mobility.
POSTURE & STRENGTH PLAN
You will be assigned to a specific posture plan ('Posture Reset'), based on your posture photos and assessment. You will receive a new Posture Reset plan every month to complete daily (in 5 minutes).
Your strength plan will target all the major muscles whilst reinforcing specific movement patterns that you will practice in your daily posture plan. These complimentary plans will ensure you continue to see progress whilst teaching you better form and posture that translates over to your workouts.
*We also keep certain exercises out of your strength workouts if they reinforce postural issues (for example, no upper abdominal crunches for swayback posture or barbell back squats for anterior pelvic tilt posture) to continually see progress with posture alignment.
REVIEW, SUPPORT AND GOALS
Review your progress, goals and/or habits for the month and provide feedback on your training with our Monthly Review questionnaire so we can continue providing you with the best possible program. Message us anytime in the app with questions or clarifications so we can support you through your training.
CONNECT YOUR DEVICES
Get a 360º view of your progress by integrating your favourite wearable devices (Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit) for real-time tracking of your workouts, habits, steps, sleep and heart rate). Access all your info on the main dashboard of the app.
