Group sizes strictly limited to 3 members and one trainer to ensure you get the focus you need to make progress.

Each member of the group gets their own equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, bench, medicine balls and yoga mats. 

Workouts designed for you, so you can focus on your own progress instead of how you are keeping up with the class.

The Port, Muelle Uno

If you are looking for a convenient and centralised spot then Muello Uno is a great choice.

 

Situated above the shops at the port overlooking the water and cathedral. Our training takes place at a grassy area close to a children's climbing frame.

The Beach Gym, Baños Del Carmen

Situated along the promenade right on top of the Mediterranean Sea. Training takes place by the functional exercise equipment on the fake grass.

HOW WE STRUCTURE OUR SESSIONS

From warm-up to cooldown, each class features 60 minutes of focused training to help you get fitter, stronger and more flexible. The way a workout is ordered matters more than you think! Especially when it comes to building muscle, losing fat and functioning at your best

Typical Costs of Personal Training:

€140 for 8 small group training sessions (2 times per week)

€89 for 4 small group training sessions (once per week)

The cost of group training includes a monthly assessment and an at-home daily posture plan
