We start by going over the initial questionnaire, sent via email, about your goals, training history, injuries/limitations, lifestyle and food and move on to a posture and movement screen to check for postural issues and muscular imbalances. You will have to take 3 full length photos beforehand so we can assess your posture. You will be sent a self-assessment so analyze your movement, instructions for this will be given in the call. All movements are easy and simple to perform and require no starting fitness point.
